I assumed junction boxes are not big enough to use all four screw holes that come with the 823A, 823A 16x unless the box is put behind these cams and really long screws are used, not going into the box but into the wall? The 823A 16x is a bigger camera, screw holes not the same as 823A. Maybe Reolink description for the box means it could be .
